Take a sip of the Scottsdale lifestyle as six famed bartenders from across the nation will go head-to-head LIVE at the 2008 Charbay/Pernod National Top Bar Chef Competition! Eats3 has flown-in award-winning bartenders from our nation’s top lounges in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Las Vegas, and Scottsdale to battle on-stage in front thousands with secret ingredients to tempt your taste buds and ‘Swizzle’ your senses in a battle for the title of National Top Bar Chef. Competitors include: Peter Vestinos - Sepia, Chicago When world-renowned mixologist and competition host, Tony Abou-Ganim creates a classic martini the phrase "shaken not stirred" takes on a whole new meaning! It is a performance that crescendos into a memorable cocktail. Tony will debut his newest creation made especially for the Eats3 celebration. The "Scottsdale Sunset" is sure to be a Valley bar favorite! During the competition, the open-air lounge at SouthBridge will boast eight bars serving cocktails crafted and created by our competitors, and hors d'oeuvres catered by the SouthBridge Restaurant Group. (Passed drinks and food included in ticket price.) [ JUST ADDED | AFTER PARTY AT CANAL RESTAURANT ] Just steps away from the conclusion of the competition, CANAL restaurant will host an after party sponsored by Sagatiba Cachaça!
